Best view ever, big private terrace

Dark inside, steep path to main building, no house keeping during the stay, cook ware not fitting to the induction stove

Amazing views of Mt Etna. Peaceful. Staff were lovely and helpful. Town is beautiful with nice restaurants . Pool was great . We enjoyed our stay in spite of the lack of attention given to the property .

The apartment is below the hotel , lots of steps - we are pretty fit but still found it challenging. However the worse thing was the condition of the steps , broken and uneven with poor lighting at night making it dangerous . Also in order to get to our apartment we had to walk across a derelict building site which was unsightly . There was also a hole in the floor of the patio covered with a board .
