Very good, quiet location. No need to use air conditioner as it is a very cool apartment because of the old stone. The cleaner who came once a week was very thorough and helpful.
The kitchen was very sparsely decked out.
No kettle, no cup bigger than an espresso cup, no chopping board and one measly chopping knife. It is rather dark as it’s a ground floor apartment -so no natural light.
I also wasn’t happy that the owner tried to charge me much more tourist tax than necessary.

Мястото е много хубаво всичко си има апартамента. Локацията е в сърцето на старият град на Мартина Франка - каменно малко апартаменче.
Целият апартамент беше студен. Има в спалнята едно малко "климатиче" което само бучи и не може да затопли стаята. Има в помпа в шкафа зад вратата която отоплява апартамента, но както ми написа собственичката, че има режим на водата в старият град. Цяла вечер беше голям студ и топла вода никаква нямаше.... Чак сутринта в 8ч. пристигна малко количество, но и тогава си тръгнахме.

Suggerimento al proprietario di prestare più attenzione ai dettagli.
La camera ha bisogno di un clima x togliere l'umidità.
