A villa from the olden times and this is not said in a bad way. Renovated some time ago to a medium standard shall we say, but it's still very much a no-frills stay.
Very nice location in the middle of greenery, close to Bear Lake and to the centre of the resort (got to find the right path though that avoids a dog at another villa nearby).
Like I said above it's no frills. Avoid using the kitchen if at all possible. One of the mattresses has seen better times.

Perfect location, very close to walk to Bear Lake and the nearby restaurants and shops. Beautiful house in a fabulous grounds, with BBQ area, picnic tables, wooden swings. So peaceful in beautiful nature. The house is lovely, we had a 2 bedroom apartment with private bathroom and access to shared kitchen and sitting and dining areas. Beds were quite comfortable, bathroom was adequate for our needs.

Good location.
Beware, regardless of conditions on Booking.com the owner sends you a message telling you that if you don’t pay in advance 50% of your reservation, it will be canceled. By “pay” I mean literally wire the money into his account, so if you plan to pay for your stay with a credit card, forget about it. They claim the property is under new management with experience in tourism, however they have a “my way or the highway” approach so experience in tourism is a very lose term.

The big advantage is the location.
Clean rooms.
More attention paid to common spaces, such as the kitchen (especially the refrigerator that is used by all the guests).
