One of the best looking floating hotels. A calm and peaceful location. Plenty of board games to keep you occupied and there is even wifi. The beds were really comfortable and the food was delicious. There were even outdoor beds where you could enjoy the scenery.

We didn't speak Spanish so it's not fair to complain about the communication but it was difficult to arrange pick up as we were arriving from Amantani by boat. Despite claiming they will drop you off anywhere you want by boat they wouldn't take us to the main port but instead to a small illegal looking port at the far end of Puno forcing you to take a taxi if you want to reach the bus station or centre. This was not communicated at all and is essential information. Getting you to the inconvenient port is also charged extra. The rooms had heating which is rare in this part of Peru but it was shockingly a gas burner intended for outdoor use. We could only use it for a bit for fear of carbon monoxide poisoning. The rooms were poorly insulated and switching the lights on and off was an adventure as the switches were hidden or outside. While other lodges seemed to offer kayaking, we were never offered it.

Internetverbindung hätte besser seien können, aber Angesichts der Lage kann man eigentlich nicht klagen. Das Essen war etwas teuer für Peruanische Verhältnisse

No me gustó que no tuviera los servicios necesarios, tampoco que no tuviera jabón de cuerpo ni champú, la comida estuvo no tan agradable
