The apartment has 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms and is reasonably new. You don't get the usual water issues that you get in the older areas of Cairo. The presence of the doorman down the ground floor is good and gives an additional sense of security. The agent was responsive to the requests we had with a very quick turnaround.

While the area is nominated to be Agouza, it didn't feel like it. I think that it was overpriced at $US500/wk for the location and some of the ancillaries in it. Not enough cooking and serving utensils, no towels, new linen is needed, etc.
