Good value for money you pay , fairly cheap . Very quite residential area so you can rest well. There is all essentials needed in the kitchenette including spacious fridge and washing machine .
Landlord provided us with bottles of water and made sure we had safe parking space for our work van.
Rules in the property was a bit ridiculous. You are asked to wash your dishes and take the bins out before you leave. Something to improve on if you want your guests feel relaxed.
Also its a bit small if you stay for longer .

The apartment is very comfortable and has everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Probably too small for 2 people for a long period but more than comfortable.
