The apartment was functional and in a good location. It was clean, beds were comfortable and the apartment was reasonably well equipped. Info prior to arrival and access was easy enough. We paid approx £60 night for it, which is about right considering location/quality.
The apartment is in a residential part of Virginia Park and subject to quite a lot of local noise. Early risers, late night socialising, dogs barking!! The walls are pretty thin & noise travels on tiled floors. Beds are comfy but rest of furniture is IKEA basic. The terrace is tired, only has am sun, and mountain view is spoiled by nearby wasteland. Bathroom is massive but 'old style' design. Shower over bath and bidet!! Would have far better suited a proper shower. Realistically the place needs a refresh.

The location is not good. I had to park our car over 100 metres from the complex gates. After returning to the gate its another 300 metres along a path to access the stairs up to the apartment. Not easy when you have 3 cases and are elderly.
The interior is clean, neat and tidy and the main bed comfortable.
On arrival we found that the toilet seat was loose and ready to fall off. I reported it to the management company and told them it was dangerous. I hadn't been fixed when we left 5 days later.
The shower unit is located above the bath. There is no handrail to assist stepping in or out the bath nor is there a bathmat.
Again for an elderly couple its potentially dangerous.
