It´s in the old calm village in the mountain, well situated. Friendly people. Ground floor.
It´s in the old calm village in the mountain. Friendly people. Very well equipped kitchen. There is also cold in the hot days. Washmachine for use for travelers.
The kitchen could have cleaner sponge and tea towel. The owner speak only french. At least written instruction in english could help. (written wi-fi, map of parking, phone, etc.) Parking place is out of the village, it is not far, but didn´t know it before.

Un excellent séjour dans un gîte confortable et très bien situé.
Gîte très agréable, bien situé au coeur de Villar d'Arène. Bien équipé avec tout le matériel nécessaire, cadre chaleureux et très propre. Propriétaire extrêmement sympathique, qui nous a très bien accueillis, nous a donné de bons conseils sur les activités locales, nous a prêté des jumelles et a même proposé de nous déposer en véhicule à un endroit difficile d'accès. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
Le séjour était parfait, les points suivants sont donc tout à fait mineurs : - Il n'est pas très facile de se garer à proximité (ce qui est le cas dans tout le village en raison des rues étroites, le parking est en contrebas). Une petite place à proximité permet toutefois de charger/décharger le véhicule en arrivant et en partant. - Il y a peu de commerces à proximité (ce qui, encore une fois, est le cas de tout le village). - Le ballon d'eau chaude est un peu petit pour un groupe de 4 personnes.
