Todo muy limpio y ordenado en las areas comunes, el anfitrion se encarga de tener las mejores comodidades he higine para tu estancia, ademas de contar con todo muy equipado para ayudar en tu comodidad. Fui a mediado de Febrero y estuvo calefaccionado en todo momento. Cuenta con articulos de aseo, frutas frescas y varios para el desayuno. recomendado al 100 %
considerar que son edificios antiguo por si al entrar puede que no te guste mucho, no te dejes llevar por eso, una ves en el departamento todo cambia, todo actualizado

C’était parfait ! Bon rapport qualité prix pour un séjour à NY. Bien situé, propre, des snacks à disposition.

it was a very nice and cozy apartment. The shared spaces were cleaned ecery day. The rooms were locked with a key and a code so you always felt like your stuff is safe. The metro station was a short walk away.
the room was directly at the street and the windows are thin so you heard everything-not great for light sleepers. also our room didn't have a mirror, which meant we had to use the bathroom or the one in the entrance
