Отличная квартира! Все необходимое есть, даже докупать ничего не потребовалось. Разве что пара бутылок воды для поздно приезжающих гостей были бы нелишними. Расположена квартира в прекрасном районе, все культурные объекты, магазины, кафе рядом. Когда в следующий раз поеду в Ереван, с удовольствием остановлюсь в этой квартире.
Очень сумбурные инструкции по локации и местоположению контейнера с ключом. Хорошо бы сделать единую внятную инструкцию для гостей, тем более, такси не может заехать на территорию и дом приходится искать, опрашивая местных граждан. Хорошо, что армяне очень дружелюбные и всегда готовы прийти на помощь. В квартире очень не хватает зеркала в полный рост. Еще стоит поменять подушки, слишком жесткие. Но это все мелочи, к которым быстро привыкаешь.

Красивая и удобная квартира в центре Еревана. Не могу не отметить прекрасное расположение квартиры, в которой имеются два балкона с прекрасным видом. В квартире есть все необходимое, в том числе стиральная и посудомоечная машина. Квартира полностью соответствует фото. Владельцы объекта заблаговременно отправили всю необходимую информацию по заселению и выезду из квартиры. Однозначно рекомендую данную квартиру для выходных в Ереване.
