Logement bien localisé, face aux arènes, tout le centre-ville est facilement accessible à pieds. Les transports (train, bus) sont localisés à proximité (10 min de marche max). Le logement est fonctionnel, et reste frais même en période de forte chaleur. Malgré sa localisation en centralité, la rue reste calme et agréable à vivre.
Le seul bémol est que quelques petits équipements manquaient dans la cuisine : torchons, épluche-légumes (nous en avons acheté un du coup), couvercles pour les casseroles et poêles...
