Morningside Hideaway

Very roomy location was close to beach and Wanna Wanna bar and grill.

We like the location, crossing the street and you are on the beach. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The balcony is a plus. There were TVs in each room and enough kitchen supplies. There is a nice swimming pool in the building. The cleaning fee was not so outrageous as for other departments listed for rent.

We didn't like that there were not instructions regarding basic features and ammenities. In my experience, renters always welcome us with a little booklet where we can find basic information. They sent an email but only with instructions to enter the apartment. For instance, we were not provided the swimming pool door code, we had to call and text them and it took them almost all day to get back to us. TV instructions were missing, at least the bedroom TV was difficult to use. To enter the apartment, the only way was entering a very long numeric code impossible to learn, no keys were available. Also missing, basic cleaning supplies, like a broom and sponge. We had to ask for those supplies and they brought them the next they. Hopefully, they will fix these things for other tenants. It will move this apartment from good to excellent.
