It’s a good area, I’ve stayed on this area before and there’s a lot of restaurants, stores, etc. the hotel was nice and it was nice for one night. The staff was really gentle. The bed was comfortable and I was able to blackout the room and have a good sleep.
They put me on the floor 3 and the start were crazy stiff and I had 2 suitcases so going down was a process. Also the walls are really thin and I was able to hear the other people talking, also the hairdryer was damaged and the plug cord was disarmed so it was dangerous to connect.

15 min from the airport, walkable safe area, very friendly and helpful staff.
Very noisy at night and in the morning.

We stayed there only for one night, in between flights. Free airport transfer but only during the day.
The rooms were very cold
