+++ Nice and CLEAN apartment with balcony. Just enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids to stay comfortable. ++ Very kind and helpful Czech speaking agency representative ! + 2 separate rooms for sleeping (bedroom + sofa bed in kitchen) + As a family with kids, we quite liked the location. It's basicaly right in the center, so "nightlife" (with kids) is right next door.. no walking 20 min. to the center and back. + Beach was also close by, approx. 1 000m, the path is mostly shaded by trees so no big deal + option of non-personal check-out (keys inside mailbox) + reserved parking space (open air) included + good price for what you get

-- I was very unpleasantly suprised, by the need to pay 30 euros for an early check-in (which I informed about beforehand). We wanted to check in at approx. 13:00 instead of 16:00 and had to pay extra or wait till our time. I would actually completely undestand if that was not possible (regardless of the reason like cleaning etc.), I would just reschedule and plan differently. But having only chaotic information beforehand (without any mention of the additional cost) just threw me off as poor approach. - Pricey air conditioning at +- 7 euro / day (I was at least informed about that beforehand). But still .. really ? Well someone might take this as a positive, instead of automatically charging it in the base accomodation price. +- Someone might not enjoy friday and saturday nights, because there is an open "theater" very close-by and it might be disturbing on these 2 days (I think it went up to 23:00). But we didn't really mind as it's part of the "charm" of a vacation. :)

Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Preis-Leistung absolut top. Parkplatz fast direkt an der Unterkunft.

Balkon ist richtung Norden daher haben wir den Wäscheständer vor die tür gestellt da die nassen Handtücher hinten nicht ganz trocken geworden sind. Das bett macht leider bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung geräusche.
