The apartment is very well equipped and provided photos are very accurate. The property is small but has all necessary amenities. The neighborhood is very calm - the beach bars of Preko are a short bike ride away (or a brisk walk) but we found it nice to be away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment is very near the Sutomišćica beach, but in our view the swimming possibilities are better along the path/road toward the Sv. Grgur church. There’s a small supermarket very close to the apartment with all the groceries we needed during the stay

The property does not have views over the sea or surroundings. We didn’t find this to be a great disadvantage - and on the other hand provides privacy. Public transportation is not really available near the property so make sure to sort out your transportation plans in advance or from a place where taxi service is reliably available (Preko ferry harbor). We found it very convenient to have bicycles during the stay to get around on the island of Ugljan and had no need for a car during the stay

The patio is great, so inviting, and kitchen is well equiped.

There are no restaurants or cafe nearby, so be sure to grab enough grocery for the stay. The yard is nice and has wooden fence, , but my dog still managed to escape, and found him on the beach 😄
