The bathroom floor wet heavily as a result of the of water running down on the shower door and unto the floor, this is mainly because of the door opening outwards and is also a safety issue,

Big apartments with everything I need for a few days stay. Comfy beds with good pillows. Ice in a refrigerator.

Service was poor. Actually, it was the worst experience for me, because of these three things: 1) It was really hard to check in. I spent more than an hour with all my bags outside on the street under the heating sun. I didn't receive any check-in instructions, only a useless email with ads for park tickets and a photo of the CEO of the management company. I had to write them two times (before my flight and just after it) with questions: "Where is the check-in deck? How to get my room key?" — with no reply. I had to call them to get an email with instructions. 2) No front desk of personnel on the resort to help you — only US phone number. And there was another problem — they have 2 code-locks, it was really confusing for me, because first one was clearly visible, and the other one (the correct one) didn't attract my attention. So I used the code provided for the wrong lock and couldn't access my room. Phone support couldn't help and just said — we don't know why the code doesn't work — you have to deal with that problem yourself. So I thinking about booking another hotel, because I was alone with this problem. And right at that time I noticed another lock on the door :) 3) They tried to charge me $500 for the fake damage. After my departure they email me that they found some stains on the floor and they have to do repairs, and they attached the invoice for me for 500 dollars. I disagree with that claim, because this stains was already on the floor when I checked in. And I have a video proof of that — for my luck I made a video of room tour for my wife, when I finally entered the apartment.
