Quartier calme. Bien situé. Proche de la mer. Stationnement gratuit devant la résidence.

L'intérieur mériterait un petit rafraichissement.

Apartment has nice location and everything you need to have for a vacation. Internet speed was good enough to participate to Teams meetings during my stay. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. In March there was almost always possibility to park on the street almost next to the apartment. Just couple of times during four week stay needed to leave car more than 20 meters away. Beach, grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Miraflores golf academy range is within walking distance, if you take few clubs and go there to practice your swing.

Apartment is more worn than images show. As typical for Spanish apartments, floors are freezing cold (stayed there in March), but otherwise heating works fine. If you want absolute silence around you, be aware there are some families with small kids living in the building (not especially loud, but might annoy someone).

Groot terras met prachtig uitzicht.

We hebben 2,5 week geluidsoverlast van de buren gehad. Ze reageerden niet op bellen of bonzen. Toevallig kwamen we ze tegen, bleek het een producer te zijn die muziek maakt….in een woonhuis. Maar na die tijd was het stil. Verder hing er geen lamp in de slaapkamer, waren de matrassen niet goed. De badkamer is gerenoveerd en mooi, maar de keuken is een bouwval. 4 limonadeglazen en wel 10 wijnglazen.
