disfonctionnement de la serrure de la salle de bain signale à la remise des clés vis a vis chauffage très limite pour cette surface un radiateur et des portes supplémentaires règleraient ce problème

Apparemment égal au photo mis sur le site
Impossibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres ( vue sur cour intérieur dégradée ) douche qui déborde ! odeur d’humidité très prononcé dans tout l’appartement ! Frigos qui ferme très mal ! Personnel qui loue une pas à l’heure ! Je ne recommande pas du tout ce logement car très déçu.

Modernes und gut ausgestattetes Appartment
Der Zugang zum Appartment liegt im zweiten Untergeschoss eines mehrstöckigen Gebäudes, und hat nur Fenster zum Innenhof hin. Das Gebäude selbst wirkt ein bisschen schäbig, aber das Appartment selbst ist offenbar frisch renoviert, modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Vor dem Haus befindet sich ein großer öffentlicher Parkplatz, der kurzzeitig kostenfrei und sonst tagsüber gegen Gebühr benutzbar ist. Die Hausherrin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Appartment hätte vor allem im Schlafzimmer ein paar mehr Steckdosen sowie ein Tischchen zum Ablegen von Sachen vertragen. Haken im Bad wären auch ganz hilfreich gewesen. Und beim Duschen muss man aufpassen, dass man nicht das ganze Bad unter Wasser setzt.
