Excellent location, walking distance of beach, shops and restaurants. Apartment was very secure.

I received an email asking for R5,000 deposit and full payment of the apartment. I paid the deposit and sent an email confirming payment of the deposit and full payment of the accommodation. I then received a further email requesting payment for the accommodation, I had to send a second email confirming full payment of the accommodation before it was acknowledged payment had been made. The fire alarm went off three times during our stay. Once at at 2-2.30 am, 19:30 and then a third time, although not triggered by any event in our apartment. It was very loud and shouldn't have sounded in the whole building. There was no remote to the parking gate. Security opened the gate when we got to our car, but it closed by the time we put on our seat belts so some-one had to get out of the car and go to reception (the only time it opened was when we were ready to go on the final morning and it was a new security guard). The gate didn't open when we arrived back at the apartment and some-one had to get out of the car to ask for it to be opened. We paid a cleaning fee but the apartment was not cleaned at all during our stay.

Adequate. Poorly managed. Needs attention.

The location. The sea view. And the balcony furniture to enjoy the views.

We have stayed in other units in the same building. This was the worse. There is only air conditioning in the bedroom but not the living room. The living area is unpleasant when the weather is hot. The apartment was not cleaned properly. There was a damp smell from 1 of the cupboards. The shower smelt like burnt hair and was not clean. There were not enough pillow cases (3) for the pillows (6). We could not use the parking because the garage remote did not work. So had to park in the street. Parking is big reason for choosing this property. We contacted the property management company to numerous times to resolve these issues, but unfortunately our requests were dismissed, which ruined our stay.

Good location.... Easy check in Check out . Good communication. Good parking underground .... Value for Money .... Friendly staff.... Neat Apartment....

There seems to be 4 pieces of artwork or pictures missing and just 4 nails / hooks sticking out of the wall.... Maybe the host can replace .... The next door neighbors in the apartment adjacent to me were unfortunately not abiding by the 2200hr noise curfew ....re music / tv / talking etc etc .....

The property especially at 402, has very bad service and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there. They abandon you, the turnaround time is very bad. Very poor customer service, no value for money at all.

A lovely stay for business or leisure. I would stay here again.

The location is good and has a sea view from the very big terrace. The apartment is upmarket design to it and on the whole is well appointed and thought out. It has nice appliances. It has everything it needs in a compact space. Security is good and professional and friendly. The lady that handed over the keys gave a good explanation of all the amenities The location was walking distance to Sea Point busy road with restaurants and shops and walking distance to the Promenade as well as to Clifton and the beach. An upmarket modern building. It is good for 1 to 2 people.

The dining table is a bit small. The couch could be slightly bigger and it needs cleaning. The floors were not properly clean on my arrival and I didn't feel like mopping them so just wore slip slops the full duration. I should have asked for someone to come and clean the floor but I never thought of it!

PATHETIC PLACE, ANNOYED CUSTOMER

There were no Breakfast it was a self catering and with no or very little cutlery Bin in the Kitchen Stinks,, so i left it outside

all that glisters is not gold. First entrance to the apartment was good. later found there were no cutlery. the sink in the bathroom was clogged all the time, the shower always stinks, had to run the shower for a while before use. With my messages through whats-app, i was told we will sort it out if i can allow someone to come in while i was out, My answer was its OK with me. Till the day i left no one called me or came in to fix the problem, So my stay at 7 on Bantry Apartment was pathetic and bad Service. i was also told to park on the street because the apartment i was in, did not have a parking in the building, how is this possible. I should be reimbursed for the whole amount that i paid. This is one very annoyed customer. i have booked many places with booking.com, but nothing like this one. I HAVE PICTURES OF CLOGGING SINK AND DIRTY BIN. DO YOU WANT ME TO POST THESE. I AWAIT YOUR RESPOND Regards Kanthapersad

Location was excellent , Very close to most everything .

Bedroom a little bit tight , good space in cupboards , but otherwise great in terms of location and beds were very comfortable . Would definitely go back again and will also recommend !!!
