The condo was clean, close to many beautiful beaches and golf course.

The kitchen microwave and stove need updating. The couch in the living room needs cleaning. One of the cushions smelled like urine. The beach chairs are broken (2) along with the umbrella. There should be at least 6 chairs and 2 umbrellas to accommodate the guests. The outdoor bbqs need a little care. Only 1 worked out of the three.
