Smooth coordination from the landlord.Owner was friendly and welcoming. Self service entrance with a code. Clean and new apartment. We didn't use the kitchen for cooking, it was equipped with everything needed, just bring the ingredients and you're good to go. Lots of parking options in the basement. It's a quiet area, as it's not yet crowded with residents yet. Air-conditioning is great. Internet router. Almost everything you think of is available. Didn't regret the selection of this property

The smell of air fresheners and sprayer. The smell is not bad, but as I have allergies, it was too much. Had to switch on the kitchen sucking fan all the time to get rid of it, but it was still strong. Although there are 4 praying mats, Qibla - Prayer direction is missing. TV was wide and beautiful, smart and connected to internet. It didn't have a receiver for normal channels. Tight entrance to the basement parking lot, if you have a big car and exits are the same as the entrance, require very careful handling especially with SUVs. The cell signal was a bit weak.

Privacy, parking, cleanness, early check-in and late check-out. It is a brand new apartment in a complex of several apartments.
