This apartment is excellent! Clean, comfy, beautiful, perfect location and the best host! Great recommendation!

The apartment is in an excellent location on the second line, near the waterfront. Great restaurants and the promenade are within walking distance. The owners were very welcoming - they showed us where to park and even provided a backup Wi-Fi router since we work remotely and need reliable internet. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and dishwasher. Air conditioning is installed in both rooms.

It came as a surprise to us that the apartment is located on the lower ground floor (basement level). This might not be critical for someone for summer stays or for people who don't suffer from allergies. However, for us in November, it was very uncomfortable to sleep there. The air was cold, damp, and musty. The bed linens also smelled of dampness. At the same time, the linens had a very strong detergent smell. The second major drawback is that the kitchen is located on the balcony. Essentially, the terrace and kitchen are one and the same. Although the balcony is enclosed with glass, in November it's impossible to cook comfortably in such a kitchen. There was also no kettle in the kitchen. The balcony itself is in a sunken area since it's a basement level, and the balcony windows are close to ground level. When we checked in, the owners asked if we liked everything, and we said yes. Of course, we weren't happy that it was a lower floor, but apparently after the journey we didn't have the energy to think much about it. After spending a terrible sleepless night there, we arranged to move to another apartment - in the off-season and being on-site, they're easy to find by simply walking along the waterfront and choosing suitable ones. We're grateful to the owners for being accommodating. Overall, we have no complaints about this accommodation. I'll repeat that for some people it might be suitable, especially for those traveling in summer. But it would be much better if the description included more detailed and accurate information about both the advantages and disadvantages.
