Location perfect, easy walk along sea front to town centre and amenities ,good base to explore the local area

The electric fire could not be turned on due to remotes not having batteries in them, couldn't find a way to switch on manually

Lovely tranquil setting - perfect holiday spot

Everything lovely and clean inside , plenty of room for the family , everything needed for a trip away

Unfortunately the outside was in a terrible state , decking covered in big clumps of moss and leaves and bird muck - property itself needed the wood all cleaning down covered head to foot in cob webs - cleaning team did come back and brushes the leaves and moss away but bird muck remained

Beautiful comfortable lodge, good location. Really enjoyed our stay & will be back.

Lots of leaves & bird dropping on deck & patio furniture. A sweeping brush needed in lodge. And perhaps a coffee table in sitting area.

Great lodge beautiful area

The lodge was lovely, it was clean and a home from home, the location was great for us as we wanted to get out and about and see the area Sheringham, Cromer, Norwich, great yarmouth, so was very happy, the only down side was trying to look up locations on the Internet, the Internet is poor, but I would rent this lodge again when up that way 😁

everything, it’s spacious, everything included, the bed was very comfortable as well. very close to the beach and tesco which was very easy for us

the fire heater would not turn on but it wasnt an issue
