The night we checked in we questioned whether bedding had been changed as multiple beds had hair on the sheets and one bed had a sticky, milky substance on it. There is a washer and dryer on the property along with extra linen. So, after traveling for 12 hours we washed linen and made beds. The host apologized and came the next day to remake 1 of the beds. I'd requested different sheets be used but I guess the original sheets were washed and placed on the bed.
The Host responsiveness is appreciated. She did agree to give us a discount on the cleaning fee.
Overall the townhouse is nice. It is tastefully decorated and there is even an office if you have to work while on vacation.
