    TRANSPORTATION - a hundred meters tops to Wuding Road metro station just round the corner. Very fast to get a Didi. FOOD, CONVENIENCE - Family Mart across the street. Lots of stores and food shops along the same road, even more at the other end of the block. You can try alllll the must-tries there: Xiao Long Bao, Jianbing, Ruby Cakes, Dumplings, Yang Rou, Hotpot etc. Local supermarkets also here. Family Mart and other convenience shops across the street. There's only one coffee shop here and it doesn't seem to open early but the hotel has a lobby cafe. ATMOSPHERE AND SECURITY - so safe! It's on the corner of a major road and a secondary street but it only gets very busy on rush hour in the morning and afternoon. Lots of police in the area. It's a residential area so it's very homey and generally quiet. The street is also lined with plane trees! A beautiful bonus ✨ ROOMS - I've never been in a hotel where the sink/vanity was outside the bathroom but it works out! Toilet and is separate from the bath. Really comfy beds! There's a robot butler that can deliver food/other things to your door! (You can order outside food) they have a Dyson hairdryer! ROOM CAPACITY - I had a hard time looking for a room/hotel that could accommodate my husband and me + our 2 kids within our budget but UrCove in Jing'An did! STAFF are so accommodating and they can speak English or translate on the app very well haha. They helped me set up my Meituan so I could order outside food and try the robot butler. FACILITIES - there's a basic gym beside the laundry area. Not a lot of machines and quite a few people use them. Good idea to workout while waiting for your turn! OTHERS - didn't know they had free activities on some days so it would be a good idea to ask ahead of time so you can fit them into your plans if you want to avail of them. Free snacks at night! Free snacks, drinks and water in the minibar.

    Location was convenient near a metro station Supper provided daily the uncle serving it was very nice and welcoming Cafe normal pastry nothing to rave about Room was nice the bed a little small I wonder if it is really king size Other than that it was a comfortable stay The AI in the room was not very intelligent limited capabilities

    This hotel is at the corner of a very quiet and chill neighbourhood, with easy access to Family Mart just across. They even serve late supper if you're hungry! It's quite a walk to major attractions but fine if you're ordering taxi or best to get to places by bike from this place.

    Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement The property offered a clean and comfortable environment, with excellent housekeeping ensuring a restful sleep and reliable hot water. However. the location lacked walkability and the views were underwhelming. While the facilities were decent they didn't quite meet expectations. The staff were friendly but could have been more attentive. Overall it provides good value for money, but there's potential for enhancement in certain areas,
