This is a very nice pet friendly home. We felt very comfortable and safe. The yard was very nice along with the fire pit. Host was great at answering all our questions.

One of BEST houses ever!! Great fenced in back yard. Cleaned and had owl in back, so cool. Very comfortable house will look to book again if I’m in town.

Great neighborhood, fantastic backyard, loved having in unit laundry for the week! A couple minor downsides were all the rules posted everywhere, it didn’t make us feel very welcome or homey. No outdoor lighting in the front makes pulling into the driveway and walk up feel a little scary. Listing says pet friendly but we were asked to pay an extra 65 fee for dog after checking in (totally fine but did not see that on listing) we had to kill a few cockroaches in the kitchen (it’s in the south not the biggest deal) generally I hate staying in rentals that have you do so much like strip the beds but I understand this is very common but I didn’t expect to have to kick my dog out of the bedroom because pets aren’t allowed on the beds. The AC is preset and you can’t adjust it, it was way too hot for us. All in all it was fine, expensive for all of the rules and extra fees but worth it for the fenced in backyard.
