Lovely 1-Bedroom condo near Night Barzaar

Really simple and small apartment but it works for a couple of days. The internet is the best we've seen (1Gbps and up as per fast.com). No linen changes but the initial set of towels is provided. Reasonably clean, not stellar. Two 1.5L bottles of water provided upon arrival. A simple cloth drying rack in the "balcony". The building complex is very well known in the area and well maintained. Free parking for motorbikes. Easy deliveries and pick-up. Communication was prompt, much more so than usual, thank you. Only one access card was provided even though the host said we were given 2x. Messaged the host and got the other card without issues.

There was an insanely putrid smell at the entrance 🤮. When we just opened the door for the first time we were blasted with an air freshener spray smell so concentrated we had to bail out for a while. Then we got it, it was because of that stench as if something nasty leaked into the floor. The reek did not go away during the stay and only spread further out. We are shocked because it has been noted by the previous tenants about the same experience quite some time ago. This should have been fixed by now if the place was well-maintained. No sound insulation so you hear every toilet flush and fart and cough and what not. The balcony is not really a balcony, just enough space for a drying rack. This is the only way to get fresh air into the room. No desk except for the dining table (as per the pictures). The central area with TV and the couch can be designed better. The couch was not comfortable and made sounds. Water pressure could have been better in the shower (compared to other apartments in the same building).

Appartement moderne est spacieux. Bon emplacement à proximité du centre ville et des marchés de nuit

Rien

Very clean, spotless, very homely. Secured one bed room apartment. Security men are very good and helpful. Quick check in and check out, take the key card and leave the card at the security desk. Good location. Easy to catch public transport and Bolts. Everything is walking distance.

Need a chair or stool for the balcony.

La proximité avec la ville, les night’s market. On peut tout faire à pied.

La plaque de cuisson qui ne fonctionner pas et le pommeau de douche, les seuls petits bémols
