Il balcone ampio permetteva di avere una vista ampia sul porto di skopelos e sulle montagne circostanti. La cucina era dotata di tutti i comfort per prepararsi il pranzo e la cena direttamente in casa.
Manca solo la macchina del caffè che per un italiano è indispensabile.
