Villa Stalla

Villa Stalla is absolutely stunning. I know we would love it from the moment we pulled into the driveway and it didnt disappoint. Spacious throughout, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms and a fully functional kitchen and BBQ. Outside was a large covered dining area and the most perfect pool you could ask for. 6 large sunloungers catered for everyone for sunbathing. Location is a 3 minute walk into the centre of Planos/Tsilivi making it a breeze to enjoy a meal out or a night out with a few drinks. There are better beaches a short drive away, but the local beach is fine and there are restaurants on the sand no more than 10 minute walk down the hill. Access to Zakynthos town is about 10-15 mins giving options for boat tours, ferries and other activities. We spent our time scuba diving, eating in local restaurants (Nona is fab!), and relaxing on beaches or by the pool. Perfect trip!

The one improvement that would be useful would be a welcome booklet with some information on the Villa. We were a little unsure of where to dispose of rubbish bags and how to use the air-conditioning system (which works perfectly despite what a few reviews have said). The lights were also a little confusing. All very minor issues however!

Very nice house excellent for 6 people. The centralized AC is very efficient. Overall the house is well suited for a summerhouse with all facilities: comfy bedrooms, good kitchen, grill, generous yard. The pool is pretty small but fine to cool down in the afternoons.

We had some issues with the water supply for a couple of days. The host was responsive for a couple of times and even managed to divert some water for our comfort. But still we had a couple of days issues with no water for shower. But it may have been due to municipal restrictions...

המארחים לא קיבלו אותנו. שהגענו ידית נפלה מהדלת ובאו לסדר. אח"כ לא היו זמינים בכלל. לא בהודעות ולא בטלפון. הג'קוזי לא היה פעיל למרות שציינו שכן. ביקשנו למלא ולהפעיל ולא הגיב בחזרה שוב ושוב. הג'קוזי היה ריק עם ירוקת. הרבה זמן לא עבד ומצויין שיש פעיל. הדשא לא היה מכוסח בכלל. גובה ממש גבוה מראה מוזנח. חסרה תאורה בבריכה המנורה היחידה שהיתה נשרפה. לא היה מענה להחלפה.

Amazing villa did not want to leave. It has everything you can think of and the pool is amazing. Plus it’s right in the middle of all main attractions which you can reach in approx 30 min car. The Tsilivi town with shops restaurant is 1 min walk from the villa so you don’t have to always take the car. We will be back for sure
