Odusevljeni! Odlican apartman!

Odlicna lokacija jer je blizu centra. Apartman je maksimalno opremljen, pocevsi od kuhinje, do kupatila i ostatka. Veoma uredan, cist, sa divnim detaljima i sa ukusom sredjen. Odusevili smo se, blago receno. Spa je takodje odlican, tako da je i to veliki plus. Osobe sa kojima smo bili u kontaktu su toliko prijatne, da ne mozemo opisati. Predivno iskustvo i predivan apartman! Vraticemo se opet!

Fijn verblijf, op loopafstand naar het centrum van Zlatibor

Fijn appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Ivana heeft steeds contact met ons gehouden of alles in orde was. De Spa beneden werd iedere dag door haar gereserveerd zodat je daar terecht kon. Mooi uitzicht en zeer behaaglijk.

Helaas was de sleuteloverdracht niet duidelijk. Communicatie met medewerker ter plekke was moeizaam. Ik had het gevoel dat het appartement vlug was schoongemaakt, waardoor er redelijk veel stof op de grond lag en etensresten in het keukenkastje.

Квартира обставлена со вкусом, хорошая мебель, чистый и приятный СПА на первом этаже комплекса. Дорогое добротное постельное белье. Хозяйка заботливо бронировала для нас СПА каждый день.

Уборка не качественная, хотя на первый взгляд всё в порядке из-за приятной обстановки. Один из наших гостей наступил на стекло и поранил ногу, но никто даже не извинился. Над вытяжкой очень грязно, да и вся стена рядом в пыли, а посуда в жире. Унитаз при заезде тоже был не особо чист. Не было капсул для кофе — только кофеварка. Не было шампуней и гелей для душа, только одно мыло. На четыре дня пришлось покупать и масло для жарки, и соль, которой было совсем чуть-чуть.
