Végtelenül segítőkész volt a hölgy. Ott felejtettünk valamit és annak visszaadásában is számomra a lehető legjobb megoldás megtalálásában volt aktív.

Tökéletes volt a szállás elhelyezkedése csodás kilátással. Közeli túraútvonalak.

Kicsit hűvös volt a wc helység.

Az elvárásoknak megfelelő volt

Excellent location, amazing view (but only from the bedrooms), quiet environment, but near to trails, a shop and a restaurant. Clean flat towels/bedsheets. The flat was warm due the floor-heating (with control board in each room) and extra electrical heating elements on the walls of the bedrooms. . Infrasauna. A small playroom for children. The kitchen is well equipped, except the things I'll mention later. The flat was decorated with a small Christmas tree. We could have with us our cat.

The living room doesn't have natural light ( due the floor plan of the flat). Due a shelf system on the wall, the living room was too crowded. We missed (even a small) couch. It wasn't comfortable to sit on the chairs while watching TV. We wasn't given bath towels for the 2nd bedroom. We sent msg to the owner, but didn't get any response till the end of our staying. She wrote it later that Booking.com didn't send to her our msg. I tried to send text msg but it couldn't be send. Thankfully, we found the bath towels but what would happen if we has some more serious issues? As we were a whole family and we cooked during Christmas, we missed that wasn't any oven. Also a few different sized bowls would be convenient ( for cooked foods, fruits, etc.) The toilet was very cold without heating and it has only cold water tap, which, due the cold weather, was really inconvenient.
