La casa sul ponte: spacious apartment in Zoagli

L’alloggio mi è piaciuto molto. Ho apprezzato il comfort dell’appartamento, i letti erano molto comodi e mi è piaciuto anche il fatto che ci fossero due bagni. La posizione rispetto al mare è ottima e anche il garage è molto comodo. Tutto è stato realizzato con cura e con materiali di qualità.

L’unico aspetto che non ci è piaciuto è stato il rumore. La casa si trova proprio su una salita e le moto e gli scooter, passando, accelerano molto, per cui il rumore entra facilmente nell’appartamento. Le prime notti sono state difficili: io ho dormito con i tappi per le orecchie e mia moglie li ha usati ogni notte. Secondo me, finestre con un migliore isolamento acustico e un condizionatore renderebbero il soggiorno molto più confortevole. Naturalmente non so se in questo edificio sia possibile installare un condizionatore. Alla fine dipende anche dalle abitudini personali e da quanto si è sensibili ai rumori provenienti dalla strada.

Very spacious, had everything we needed, and was a quick walk to the town piazza and beach. Our host was also very helpful and responsive.

The only thing we found mildly disruptive was how loud the traffic was outside. This likely wouldn’t be an issue when the weather isn’t so hot and the windows could stay closed during the night.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und praktisch eingerichtet – ideal für Familien. Besonders hilfreich war die Garage, da öffentliche Parkplätze in der Umgebung knapp sind. Der Strand ist in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt mit Kindern enorm erleichtert hat. Die Gastgeberin Ester war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Der Verkehrslärm von den nahegelegenen Straßen ist im Haus durchaus wahrnehmbar, hat uns jedoch nicht gestört, da er zur lebendigen Atmosphäre des Ortes einfach dazugehört und das typische Flair Liguriens widerspiegelt.
