O apartamento é funcional e a varanda é muito boa pois sempre tem uma brisa. Gostei muito da atenção da agência, os funcionários super gentis e solícitos. A cozinha funciona bem.
Muito pó por causa da construção da fachada do predio, os trabalhadores chegam muito cedo ate no sabado entao nao dava pra dormir um pouco mais de manhã. Eles chegavam as 7 am. Nao havia lamparas ao lado da cama para ler um livro ou apagar a luz deitada. Nao estava muito limpo o apartamento, tinha uma mancha de sangue de mosquito na parede, bem onde se coloca o travesseiro para dormir e o chuveiro estava quebrado. Algo básico para um aluguel é a televisão: nao tinha.
