The house was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. We had a problem with the hot water on our first day and the host fixed it promptly. We had a great stay and would recommend it to others

Lovely property in the southern part of Calgary. Like new spacious townhome was very clean. We are a family of seven. Our son and grandsons enjoyed the YMCA facility located near the property. The host responded quickly to questions and requests.

The property is very well decorated and feels home-like. At first communication was great. But for three days (out of 4) there was no hot water. Although the plumber did come eventually, we had to shower elsewhere because we weren't sure if we would be able to there. After the plumber came, the owner stopped communicating with us. When we opened the freezer a rather large amount of water came out onto the floor, getting the TV set-up was not smooth and some areas could have been cleaner. We were there for our mom's celebration of life, we were basically using the home for showering, quick break and sleep. It was disappointing that we had to get ready elsewhere, adding to the stress.
