About this house rental
This is a spacious house, sleeps 10 guests, with large backyard and 10 cars driveway, can be good for parking a boat or a big truck. The house is not only good for gatherings and parties but also for relaxation in small groups. Sparkling clean and has everything needed, very beautiful backyard, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, kitchen is equipped with everything, huge number of drawers, big modern fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, dining place, relaxing corner with rocking chair.
There is central AC and Heating, new generation washer and dryer, additional towels and linen, throws and pillows, additinal chairs and an extra foldable chair.
The house has NO stairs, so everything is on the same floor.
The rules are:
NO SMOKING - you can smoke outside
NO PETS.
House is opened with a code, exterior of the house is monitored with security cameras and door bell camera.
We made all the arrangements that you feel at home away from home.

Clean house and central, we had a great stay!

We rented out this property in August 2025 and it exceeded our expectations so we booked again for May 2026. This time we were not soo impressed. 1. The one toilet was dirty and it was clear that it hadn’t been cleaned. I sent an image to the host and was told that the washrooms were clean, and that they were just marks on the toilet. This was not true as there was feces inside the toilet. Both washrooms were cleaned by us as we couldn’t trust that the second washroom was cleaned.2. We found a bunch of cigarette butts in the backyard and sent images to host. 3. There were ants, big and small, throughout the house. We had to place all food in the fridge and had to leave our suitcases in the garage for a couple days after coming home to ensure no ants ended up in our house. Images weren’t sent but this was communicated to the host. We received no response. 4. Finally, we found make up on a towel that had been placed on the bed for use. This was obviously not clean and therefore not used. Images weren’t sent to the host and not communicated as at this point we didn’t expect anything to be clean. It seems as though the cleaners are not doing a proper job but we are still charged a cleaning fee to do our own cleaning. There was no offer to refund the cleaning fee with the 3/4 issues noted.
