Parking is limited. This is a downstairs unit and if you have noisy people upstairs it is hard to sleep.
Within feet of the busy Bishop Arts district so there is plenty to do and the night life goes strong well into the night. Make sure you bring something to drown out the noise if you want to go to bed early.

Pictures are generally not accurate. The location is perfect. The upkeep is not. Multiple lightbulbs out. Broken front door lock. It was wide open when we arrived. The towels are mismatched and very old. The front porch is dirty and disheveled. Broken blinds. No glasses to drink from. Its a beautiful house but is not being kept up. The front yard looks bad. .
