About this house rental
This beautifully renovated and maintained open floor plan house is perfect for your family or group. The dining room opens to a gorgeous new large kitchen with lots of cabinets, counter space and an island. There is both a family room and a living room on the ground floor with smart TVs. The family room has a roll-out cot.
Stairs lead up to the second floor with 3 comfy bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom is about the size of many hotel suites and has both a queen and a full bed along with its own private 2nd level sunroom. All bedrooms have a small programmable safe 6"W x 5"T x 6"D, privacy door chain locks, smart TV, table fan and mirror. Portable playpen and high chair available upon request.
Driveway has parking for 6 cars and house has keypad smart locks. Back patio has charcoal grill and seating for smoking.

The sidewalks in the neighborhood are safe and the roads are low traffic inside the residential area. House is beautiful neighborhood is perfect. Stove top 1 burner worked and oven didn't work and the one toilet didn't flush and I communicated that asap but no response. so my food went bad because I couldn't cook it and having to reach in to flush the toilet was not a good experience. But the house is very nice and spacious great for a family good experience
