The Capitol House is a newly renovated, Centrally-located Property that is walking distance from the Oklahoma State Capitol. Being Centrally-Located, that puts you right around all the fun in the City! This includes an 8 Minute drive to Midtown/Downtown, 15 minute drive from Chisolm Creek, and only 6 minutes away from the Paseo Arts District! While there is fun locations all around this home, this property will make you feel like you are at home away from home with its open space and warmth!

The house was as described. It was perfect for our stay while in town for the WCWS. It was a 15 minute drive to Devon Park. There were board games available to play. The host was very nice and communicated well. There is only 1 cup in the cupboard to use and the house was dirty. There was hair and bugs on the bathroom floors and window seals. There was dirt and black stuff on the bathroom floor. There was hair in the towel that was on the bathroom vanity. The showers were dirty and had a open bar of soap in it. There were bugs on the bedroom window seals and under the tv stand. There was fragments of plastic on the night stand in the bedroom. The sheets were clean. I believe the cleaners only changed the sheets, put towels out, and took the trash out. I contacted the host immediately. My message was replied to appropriately 1-2 hours later. I was told the cleaning fee could be returned to me, but she didn’t want to send the cleaners back since they didn’t do it right the first time. I ended up cleaning the bathrooms myself so that we had clean bathrooms to use.

The property was perfect. The beds were super comfortable and the remodel looked amazing! I would recomend to anyone staying in the OKC area
