The 95 m² vacation home spans two floors and exudes a very special charm thanks to its architectural design. The interplay of new and old elements makes your stay an unforgettable experience.
The large, open kitchen features modern furnishings and invites you to linger. It is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, a retro-style oven, and a dishwasher. Additional amenities include a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a wine refrigerator. A fireplace provides cozy warmth.
The living area on the loft features a large seating area with a view of the wall-mounted smart TV. Additionally, the upper floor has two bedrooms, each with a double bed. A converted sleeping loft is accessible through one of the bedrooms and is intended for two guests (children/teens). Towels and bed linens are provided and included in the price.
A large bathroom on the lower level is equipped with a bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a vanity with two sinks.
Outside, guests will find a furnished terrace with barbecue facilities, a private pool, and a hot tub in the garden. A sauna rounds out the amenities for vacationers. Wi-Fi and private parking are provided free of charge.
Upon request, a toddler up to 3 years old can stay free of charge in a crib.

The brick-built “Altes Gewölbe,” which is over 300 years old, is part of the Bruckmoser Family Resort vacation complex. Look forward to a stylishly furnished 80 m² vacation apartment spread over two floors, sleeping up to four people. The house features a fully equipped kitchen-diner with access to the terrace.
