Beautiful bright and open rooms and so much more meet you here at this beautiful townhome in the resort community of Champions Gate. As you enter, you are welcomed by the openness of the home as you walk into the kitchen and dining area. The huge kitchen is outfitted with everything you need and so much more. Gorgeous wood cabinetry, bright white countertops and stainless steel appliances invite you to spend time here. Whether you whip up a quick snack or a 3-course meal, this kitchen will have everything you can possibly need. Enjoy your meals at the dining room table, seating 6 guests or the bar which seats an additional 4. The dining room flows into the large living room which features a big flat screen, the living room lends itself to rest, relaxation and catching up on plenty of TV and movies. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, you and your whole family can each have their very own bedroom. With that many bedrooms, this home can sleep a total of 10 guests. This home features 2 queen bedrooms. There are also 2 rooms with 2 twin beds and one roll out bed that comes out from one of the twin beds. This home is perfect for two families or a large group. Convenience is all around with a washer and dryer, as well as free WiFi. A great addition to this townhome is the splash pool. Cool off after a long day at the parks or spend all day in the sun at the pool. This home also comes with access to the Champions Gate Oasis Clubhouse which is worth spending a day there in itself. A lazy river, pool, gym, restaurant and so much more await you here.
Champions Gate is a billion dollar community, an approximately 900-acre master planned community located in the southwest Osceola County, Florida. The 20,000 sq. ft. Oasis clubhouse is simply stunning and world-class and it is free to use for our guests. It features a huge resort-style pool with water slides, lazy river, splash park, state-of-the-art fitness center, tiki bar and movie theatre along with a playground and volleyball courts. The property was clean and nice. The furniture (bed, sofa, patio furniture) very uncomfortable for my liking. Not as well stocked as I would like. Only 8 washcloths for 6 people for 5 days. Check in process took a bit longer as they didn’t have our name at the gate. I didn’t like the payment procedure during the booking process. Instead of making a payment directly to VRBO Iwas required to pay pay the host directly in two installments and was charged a credit card fee both times. Property management was great and easily accessible. Community pool area very nice. Overall a good experience.

The pictures have been staged very well, but the actual quality of the accommodations is just average. The beds were very uncomfortable. The bed on the first floor felt like sleeping on a combination of a trampoline and a hide-a-bed. The listing claims that the kitchen is outfitted for anything from "snacks up to a 3-course meal," but we struggled just to prepare breakfast. There were no measuring cups and half of the measuring spoons were missing. The dishware was half Corelle brand, which is fine, but once again, no luxury as implied. There was only one warped skillet and no baking sheets. Further, several of the furniture pieces were beginning to break and a towel bar was damaged when we arrived. Note that the pool is not heated (and no offer to heat it for a fee was made), which I wish would have been made clear in the listing details. There is a grill in the pictures of the patio, but it is unusable (and, to be fair, it isn't listed as an amenity, but noting it for others' benefit). One amenity that isn't listed nor shown in the pictures is that there is a pool safety screen. That was a pleasant surprise. We reported two issues during our stay to the office and they were prompt and responsive in addressing them. I wish that detailed information about the surrounding amenities and the local had been provided in the unit. As it was, we just had to figure that out for ourselves. Our stay was pleasant but not as good as I had hoped given the marketing.
