Welcome to your Jersey City Haven—a Wilder Co Properties stay! A sun filled home that is private and peaceful, this quiet apartment is on the top floor of a renovated historic home and has amenities for families, business travelers, and students alike, including queen beds, AC, WiFi, a smart TV, washer + dryer, sound machines, oven, dishwasher, and more! Beautiful + safe neighborhood with restaurants, shops and parks all within a few blocks, and NYC only a 10 minute train away. NO AIRBNB FEES!

The neighborhood is filled with restaurants, bars, and shops within a few blocks from the apartment. Newark Ave, a pedestrian-only walking street, is 4 blocks away with restaurants, bars, and shops. 3 blocks away is Hamilton Park, with lawns, playgrounds, tennis courts, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, gym, and occasional farmers market.
The Grove St PATH Station for the train into NYC is about a 10 minute walk away through cute residential streets.
Guests have full, private access to the top floor of the brownstone.
A bright and modern apartment in an updated historic 1800's brownstone on a picturesque historic block in downtown Jersey City. The apartment features one private bedroom, an open sleeping alcove, and a queen-size futon in the living room—perfect for families or small groups looking for comfort and convenience during their stay. With hardwood floors, a well equipped kitchen, and plenty of natural light, it’s the ideal place to unwind after a day exploring the city. 20 minutes to the World Cup at MetLife Stadium!
The living area offers a comfy sofa futon bed and smart TV for movie nights in, as well as a comfortable dining space for gathering over meals or games.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, essential cookware, and everything you need to prepare a meal for the whole group. There’s also an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.
The bedrooms feature adjustable blackout shades to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Public transportation to NYC and Newark Airport via the Path train. The train is a 7 minute ride to the World Trade Center in Manhattan. Easy access by PATH train or Uber to Newark Airport.

- $125 Private driver transfer from Newark Airport direct to the Airbnb, one way. Can be hired for departure day as well.
- $250 Mini photoshoot either at the Airbnb or at the waterfront with the NYC skyline in the background. (15) final photos. Subject to availability.

Parking is not included, but there are a few parking options. I like Columbus Garage LLC, 66 Christopher Columbus Drive, Jersey City, NJ 07302. I believe it’s $28 a day. It’s right next to the Grove Street Path into NYC.
Street parking is for residents only on weekdays, meaning there is a two hour limit on parking Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm. Nights and weekends you can park on the street.

A cozy environment near Newport and Hoboken. A lot of space, the hosts write back in time, and for sure it’s warm and inviting.

I absolutely love the bed. Slept like a baby mattress was so comfortable I want to know what name brand of the mattress, if you are a gourmet chef, you can cook up storm I worked all day I couldn’t do that beautiful place very quiet, respectable neighborhood I’d stay there again
