After a day on the slopes, return to the warmth of our wood-burning fireplace, or relax in the hot tub and sauna. Winter is a peak season in the Poconos, so be sure to book early!

Kid-friendly items such as dishes, utensils, a crib, and baby-proofing are available upon request. Even when the pool or lake is closed seasonally, the home and surrounding nature offer plenty of activities for children.
Important HOA Information
Temporary HOA memberships and parking permits are required for access to all community amenities.
The base rate includes up to 6 registered guests
Each additional guest after 6 is charged $75 per guest, per stay, due to HOA-mandated temporary memberships and increased utility costs
Children ages 5 and older require a membership
HOA applications must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to arrival
Applications submitted less than five (5) business days before arrival incur a $105 HOA late fee
Rental Packet Pick-Up (REQUIRED)
Guests must pick up the HOA rental packet and amenity passes upon arrival from the black drop box outside the Pinecrest Lake Homeowners Service Office.
Failure to complete HOA requirements or to pick up issued passes may result in HOA fees or penalties, which will be deducted from the security deposit.
House Rules (Summary)
To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay:
No parties, events, or large gatherings
No smoking indoors
No pets
Minimum renter age: 25
Only registered guests may stay overnight
Fireworks and firecrackers are strictly prohibited by the community
Hot tub rules must be followed at all times. Violations may result in a $240 deep-clean fee plus full $500 security deposit hold ($740 total).
Check-out is at 10:00 AM sharp. Late departures without prior approval are subject to a $50 fee per 30 minutes to protect the next guest’s arrival experience.

This is probably one of the best furnished/well stocked housed that we've rented in 20 yrsKitchen: well supplied with dishes, utensils, glasses - even kiddie dishes, cups, etc. A drawer of supplies like bandaids, tampons, etc, was a nice touch. It came with starter trash bags and paper goods, dishwasher & laundry soap. The kitchen has a well stocked k cup coffee pot that also makes regular coffee, (which we brought) I did see a blender.Pots & pans were in good condition. Appliances all worked The washer and dryer were large and seemed new. There were so many towels! Beach and bath. Linens were all nice; beds were all comfy. There was at least 1 high chair, a crib & a pack n play. Lots of toys, puzzles and books for all ages. Lots of TV's as well. Here is the bathroom layout: 1 large 'half' bath in the main downstairs area; 1 large full bath in the downstairs master. Large full bath upstairs at the end of the hallway and 1 full bath accessible thru the 2nd bunk rm near the 2nd 'master'. Rooms were large & comfortable. A/C was good throughout. Each room also had a fan. Internet was reliable.Playroom was amazing. Sauna. Basketball. Pinball. Great place for the kids to hang out. All living areas comfy. Dining room large for family. Large deck, fire pit & screen room. Grill was in great condition. (new) Pool /Lake about 10 min easy drive. Allow floats. House had some boogie boards. Near restaurants, groceries etc but nice and privateI'm out of space. Great place- enjoy
