A charming bungalow in Sheffield Mills, attached to our century home, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, one with air-con, a futon and a large sectional in the living room, which also has a large smart TV with HDMI hook up, Hi-Speed Fibre Op, a large dine-in kitchen, laundry facilities, private back deck and shared access at owners discretion of the swimming pool in the summer months. Close to Wolfville and many local wineries and golf courses within minutes. Great space for families in beautiful surroundings.

The space:
This charming bungalow, which is attached to the main house where the hosts reside with their three large breed dogs, has 2 queen size bedrooms, with full closets, one with air-con and one with a walk out to a small deck to watch sunsets over the North Mountain or bald eagles from the nearby Eagle Watch.

The hosts have three friendly Mastiff dogs on the property who are enthusiastic "meeters and greeters". Whilst the dogs have been a great hit with guests in the past, this property may not suit guests who are nervous of large dogs.

A full kitchen with all conveniences (stove, microwave, large fridge, all cooking utensils) your own laundry facilities, new bathroom and large sitting room with large screen TV to connect you to Netflix. The sectional and futon can be used for 2 extra guests and the room is large enough to also accommodate an air mattress if needed.

Keyless entry for your convenience, your own private patio areas with BBQ facilities. The pool and lounging area is available for use by AirBnB guests in the summer months, but guests should be aware that this will be a shared space with the hosts. The hosts regularly invite friends and family over to swim and lounge. There is also shared access to the fire pit area on those cooler nights to watch the stars, completing this little piece of paradise. Due to recent events, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations and should you have any allergies, we will use fragrance free laundry detergents and cleaning products whenever requested.
Guest access:
Full use of the bungalow with a private patio and BBQ facilities, shared driveway for parking. The pool and lounging area is available in the summer months for use by AirBnB guests but guests should be aware that this will be a shared space with the hosts. The hosts regularly invite friends and family over to swim and lounge. Shared use of the grounds including a fire pit area for those cooler evenings and a place to watch the stars at night.
Other things to note:
Easy access to Wolfville, Port Williams, New Minas and Kentville. Wine tours operate regularly and there are at least 10 Wineries from 10 minutes to 30 minutes away.

The latest brewery to open called Millstone Harvest by Sea Level Brewing Company is just 1 minute by car and a 10 minute walk. The award winning testuarant Dickie Baxters is right in the heart of Canning and less than a 10 minute drive.

Ken Wo golf club is only 15 minutes away and there are another 2 golf clubs within 30 mins to an hour away.
