Decatur House 402 is an ocean view condo located on 12th street in Ocean City, Maryland. This one bedroom, one bathroom condo is newly renovated with a furnished balcony that has views of the Atlantic Ocean and the famous boardwalk. It's the perfect place to call home for a few days while enjoying the beach, boardwalk, indoor pool, local restaurants, entertainment, and shops. This unit comfortably sleeps four people with a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in living room. The living room has a 50 inch TCL Roku television with cable, and Wi-Fi for streaming. The bedroom has a 43 inch TCL Roku television that is perfect for streaming your favorite shows while relaxing in bed. Property rents any 3 nights all season.
Decatur House 402 has the following amenities: indoor pool, one reserved parking space, an elevator, two flat screen TVs, stack washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (drip and k-cup), toaster, dishes, silverware, utensils, pots and pans, stove, disposal, dishwasher, ceiling fans, ice maker, and an outdoor foot shower. The cleaning fee is included in the rental price. Located on the 4th floor. This condo comes with a parking spot and WIFI.
Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

I was skeptical about a place on the boardwalk. My sister had a knee replacement so elevator was the only way. the place was extremely clean, nice decor, great view of beach which we had street side. I purchased noise canceling ear buds because was concerned of boardwalk/business noise. the condo was so sound proof it was hard to believe. Its true slept like a baby on the sleep sofa and didn't hear a thing and without the noise cancel ear buds. Will definitely stay again. You won't be disappointed. Hey plus Julias is right next door

My new husband and I stayed at this unit for our honeymoon recently. The check in process was easy, and the condo had everything we needed. I appreciated that there were tide pods, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, trash bags etc. to make our stay so much more convenient. The location on the boardwalk was perfect, and the pool was fine. I wished it was outdoors because the weather was so nice that it was a shame to go inside to swim, so we only used the pool once. But it would have been perfect for a rainy day if we had one during our stay. The balcony was awesome. I angled the chairs toward the ocean and read my book in the mornings until my husband woke up, and it was heaven. My only complaint is that the parking spot for this unit was difficult to find because it was in a second parking lot which was across the street. And it was annoying lugging all of our stuff back and forth and crossing the street every time we went to the car. There were a few close parking spots for loading and unloading, but they were full when we checked in. I also wasn’t a fan of the pillows (would bring my own next time, but that’s just preference) and the couch could have been more comfy, but I know that a fluffier couch would be more difficult to clean and maintain with guests coming and going.
Overall, I would recommend.

We came for the sand duels tournament. Our location was great! The condo was clean and well stocked.
