About this villa rental
The vacation home "Hipoclub Faro Park 206" is located in Playa Blanca and impresses guests with its view of the mountain. The 180 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV with a DVD player, a fan as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available for a fee.
The vacation home boasts a private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace and a barbecue. From October to April, the pool can also be heated (28º C) for a fee (please contact the host).
Public transport links are located within walking distance.
There is a parking space on the property, additional free parking is available on the street.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
Air conditioning is not available.
The property has step-free access and interior, the doors are wide and easy to access.
Beach/pool towels are provided.

The villa is very well equipped, clean and very spacious. We know Faro Park well and wanted somewhere close to the shops/restaurants and the long coastal path walk into playa Blanca. This villa ticked all boxes and we would highly recommend. Great for families too. Thank you

The vila was very cleen and tidy and very well presented the outside pool area had a fantastic garden which got the sun most of the day you are near enough to the shops if you need them and close to the costal walk overall would visit this villa agen at some stage

Having stayed at adjacent properties on several occasions, we knew the area well. The property itself was adequate but did need some attention to detail. Also, disturbed to find the property was for sale, and viewers came whilst we were there. Fortunately we had booked this property at short notice because of health issues. We normally book 12 months ahead - what guarantee would we have (having already committed to flights etc.) if it had been sold in the intervening period. Flights booked but nowhere to stay because the property had been sold??
