Are you looking for the perfect home away from home for your next escapade with family and friends to San Antonio? Then, look no further than this spacious home located 15 miles from all the hot spots in San Antonio! This retreat is on a corner lot in the established Eden subdivision within easy walking or driving distance of convenience stores, restaurants, shopping centers, golf courses, and fantastic attractions, including the Texas Transportation Museum, McClain Park, Morgan's Wonderland, and San Pedro Driving Range and Par. This retreat is also a short three-mile drive/Uber to SATX Airport.
This family-friendly home offers an extensive enclosed backyard with a sparkling outdoor pool surrounded by a safety fence and a paved patio with a picnic table that will be just perfect for alfresco meals! Upon entering, you will first encounter an airy living room that is open to a formal dining area, the kitchen, and an additional seating area. Snuggle up on the large sectional to stream your favorite series or movies on the smart TV, or gather around the coffee table in the second seating area for some board game action. Prepare culinary masterpieces in the remodeled kitchen, featuring all the major appliances (including a smart LG fridge and a Keurig coffee maker) and a convenient breakfast area. Also located on the first floor are one guest bedroom and a laundry room with a washer/dryer. On the second floor are three additional bedrooms plus an attached office with two desks, desk chairs, and monitors.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our stay was wonderful! We had enough space in the house to not be in each others way, it was close enough to the places we visited, and the neighborhood was quiet.

Loved the location, and how roomy it was for all of us. There were 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 little kids aged 5 and under. We all had room to ourselves and didn't feel like we were "on top" of each other.

There was no wifi for first 24 hours. The garbage cans were both filled before us. The back door was not easily open/close.

The pool was an amazing amenities while in san antonio. The room with lots of beds worked so well for the kids we had. Not knowing some rooms were upstairs was not ideal but worked okay. It was easy to get to all the places we went while visiting San Antonio.
