My husband and I spent four nights at Ramgate 9 from 6/4/25-6/8/25. Lovely condo. The views from the living room were phenomenal, exactly as presented in the pictures. I would like to note that the bedroom views have changed due to ongoing construction adjacent to the property. Construction was loud, but that is not something the owner can control, and it appears that it will be completed very soon. If you are someone that sleeps with a fan, you may want to bring it with you. Other than that, we had a really good time and would come back again.

This apartment is good but we have stayed at nicer places. It was clean and they let us check in a few hours early. A few maintenance items have been overlooked and the furniture is dated. Otherwise it is in a good location with a great view. The air conditioner works great and it had everything we needed for a nice weekend at the beach.

This property was exactly as advertised. The view is incredible! Location is terrific, close to lots of restaurants and shops and direct beach access. Would absolutely stay here again.

Outdoor showers don’t work
Fabric shower in bath curtain was urinated on on left for us at check in.
Cushions not clean
Shower in bath was broken, very difficult to either get freezing water or scalded.
Overall not the nicest property on the beach but the view and location are nice!
