Your vacation rental includes on one level: entrance hall, large living room with wood stove (1st flame offered), games table, beautiful well-equipped fitted kitchen communicating with the veranda, laundry room, bathroom (shower ), separate wc and 3 bedrooms (1 160x200 bed and TV) (1 160x200 bed) (2 trundle beds 80x190), garage with ping-pong table. Well sheltered terrace at the back and very pretty landscaped grounds. Only one animal accepted. In Etables Sur Mer, in a very residential and safe street, the Les Bancs Roux gite will be a perfect place to stay on the Côte de Goëlo. The house is spacious, very comfortable, bright and on one level. The landscaped garden is really lovely and offers small spaces where everyone will find their little corner of privacy. The veranda is facing south... But what you will prefer the most is being able to go down to the Godelins beach, a charming family beach with its beach cabins (about 400 m away) without crossing the road. ..ideal for families with young children! In the same way, you will access the hiking trails. Want atmosphere and entertainment? then reach the seaside resort of Binic 2.5 km away and take a break on one of the café terraces bordering the pleasure quays. 5.5 km from the marina and fishing port of St-Quay-Portrieux. 33 km from Paimpol and 38 km from the pier for Ile de Bréhat. 17 km from St-Brieuc. Welcome to the Côte de Goélo, to the Bancs Roux gîte, a comfortable address very close to the Godelins beach... You will be warmly welcomed by Laurence and Christian, the owners.
