In France, water heaters (boilers) work differently from those in many other countries. Hot water is stored in a tank and can be depleted if used excessively. It takes between 1 and 3 hours for the tank to refill and reheat again, depending on its size.
🔹 We kindly ask you to avoid long showers or baths, unless you are the last person to use the bathroom and can wait until morning to refill it again.
It is a normal part of life in France, so we thank you for your understanding and consideration.

France uses a limited electrical system, and if too many appliances (such as a hair dryer and a microwave) are used at the same time, the circuit breaker may trip. If this happens, you will need to manually reset it at the electrical panel.

I recently enjoyed a delightful 3-day stay at the Bellevue apartment.
Location and Views:
The location is fantastic, just 100 meters from the Bellevue cable car and bus stops, making it easy to explore Chamonix. The large 40 m² terrace offers breathtaking views of the Mont Blanc range, perfect for relaxing.
Comfort and Amenities:
The apartment is cozy and ideal for small families or couples, with two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room is great for unwinding. Shops and restaurants are just 100 meters away.
Convenience:
The apartment includes a parking space in the garage and provides sheets and towels. The property management company was professional, and we received a helpful guide after booking.
Overall Experience:
Bellevue apartment is a wonderful place to stay, combining comfort and convenience in a stunning location. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chamonix Mont Blanc.
