This is a Cute Townhouse located in Gold Coast which is a gated community with security 24 hours and 7 Days a week. The community has a Gym, Tennis Courts, Club House and Community Pools. This Townhouse has two bedrooms each one with their ensuite bathroom. One bathroom on the Ground floor.
This townhouse has a spacious patio with seating for 6 people and a Gas Grill for a Delicious BBQ.

The place was so roomy, very clean and any issues that we had the property manager took care of immediately and was very communicative. We will certainly stay there again.

The property was clean, listing shows 2 queen beds. It appears one was a king and one was a full. The countertop seams are pulled up and torn away from previous damage in the kitchen making it feel unsanitary The back patio was not as pictured. No covering shade as shown which makes it very hard to sit outside. There was no table as pictured to sit outside and eat. The downstairs bathroom had a sewage odor and does not drain it would be to ankles when finished with shower We enjoyed the location as we have rented at Gold Coast before it’s a beautiful environment. The place itself is nice it just needs some TLC
